MaddenCo is pleased to announce that S&S Tire of Lexington, Kentucky has selected MaddenCo as its software provider for its 36 locations. “MaddenCo is excited to be S&S Tire’s software provider. We are looking forward to growing our business with the Tire Dealer System.” S&S Tire joins the growing number of tire companies using MaddenCo’s ASP Tire Dealer System for its software solution, which now includes over 1,500 locations. MaddenCo Sees Huge Response With New Graphical Software Application   12/17/2009

MaddenCo’s new graphical software application has been a hit with its customers, according to company officials. “Two months ago at our Users’ Meeting, we introduced our new graphical ‘point-and-click’ software application. We expected to see a dozen or so customers test the graphical application before year-end. To date, we have 33 customers using the application, with several more requests currently being processed. The response has exceeded our expectations,” says Jay Adams, President of MaddenCo. The new application offers users the opportunity to use MaddenCo’s Tire Dealer System software in a ‘point-and-click’, mouse driven environment, rather than, or in addition to, the traditional keyboard environment. “The MaddenCo dealer’s ability to decide at the individual workstation level how to deploy the software has been instrumental in increased interest in our product, both from existing and prospective customers. The dealer can look at both our graphical and green screen applications and decide at the local workstation level which application of the software to use. Tire dealers like having choices, and we are pleased that we can offer this one,” says Mr. Adams.

MaddenCo Unveils New Graphical Software Application To Record-Setting Users’ Meeting Crowd   10/20/2009

In front of approximately 140 attendees representing nearly 900 tire locations, MaddenCo CEO Kim Angermeier unveiled MaddenCo’s new graphical ‘point-and-click’ software application for its Tire Dealer System at its Users’ Meeting held last week in Evansville, Indiana. The new application offers MaddenCo users the opportunity to use the software in a ‘point-and-click’, mouse driven environment, rather than, or in addition to, the traditional keyboard environment. The new application has already been implemented in MaddenCo’s three latest Tire Dealer System installations, as well as in many truck stop service centers already using the MaddenCo software. With MaddenCo customers aware of the unveiling at the Users’ Meeting, the audience was 25% larger than any prior MaddenCo meeting on record. “The MaddenCo dealer can now decide at the individual workstation level how to deploy the Tire Dealer System software. For instance, a retail dealer might find it important to have a graphical software presentation at the counter in order to provide an at-the-counter environment that is more familiar to the customer and the service writer. However, that same dealer might have a wholesale division where use of a mouse and ‘point-and-click’ slows down the sales process, and having keyboard speed and functionality without a mouse is more critical to completing the transaction as quickly as possible. MaddenCo now offers a solution for both of these requirements for the same dealer. The dealer can look at both and decide at the local workstation level which application of the software to use,” says Jay Adams, President of MaddenCo. This information and much more about the graphical application was provided by Mr. Adams during customer question-and-answer sessions at the Users’ Meeting.
