""The ability to process national account delivery receipts thru the MaddenCo system is one of the best features of the system. Since we have been processing the DRs automatically, it has saved time allowing us to be more productive in other areas. This interface automatically posts the credit memos to the correct invoice saving a lot time keying manually the credit memos. For the credit memos within a set percentage of the amount of the delivery receipt, the system posts it without anybody having to even look at it." He adds that 60 man-hours a day is pretty accurate estimate of the time savings. Southern Tire Mart processed over 7,000 automated DRs thru POS in November of 2005."
